Construction Clerk of Works - Emergency Mitigation (Part-Time) - Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc.

We are currently seeking a part-time Clerk (with potential for full-time employment in the future), to join our team of forensic experts located in Pittsburgh, PA.  

Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh area at their own expense. 

Typical Tasks (included, but may not be limited to):

• Document onsite activity via LMS proprietary data capture system.
• Follow scope as outlined by consultant.
• Routine communications with internal and external clients.
• Furnish reports to LMS Consultants.
• Assist with organization of data, and data entry processes.
• Occasional verbal/written communications to clients.
• Knowledge of mitigation/construction industry-standards, processes, and billing practices.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of cost estimating software is a bonus but not required
• Emergency mitigation/construction training and specific knowledge of industry-standards, processes, and billing practices.
• 2+years of experience or industry specific training.
