Residential Construction Consultant

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs Project management experience in new single-family home construction (and/or remodeling)

• Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have:

• Well established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendor/suppliers serving the San Antonio and Surrounding Areas

• Solid business, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient computer and writing skills are a must.

• Team player orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From Competitive

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
