Construction Contract Compliance Administrator - SST Direct

DIRECT HIRE: Currently seeking a Contract Compliance Administrator in the Atlanta, GA area.  As the Contract Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contracts are adhered to and that compliance with regulations is maintained throughout the projects.

MUST have extensive experience submitting and processing certified payroll

Salary: $60k - $70k per year

Responsibilities

• Review new contracts for compliance specifications including Controlled Insurance Programs and Payroll.
• Enroll MSI in required Insurance Programs and assist subcontractors in their enrollment as needed.
• Manage submission of Insurance Requirements and Weekly (Bi-Weekly) Certified Payroll.
• Assist subcontractors in their submission of required payroll reports.
• Identify and complete all compliance requirements throughout the life of construction projects.
• Communicate with the estimating team to calculate accurate insurance cost estimates per project specifications.
• Coordinate with MSI insurance agents to ensure proper coverage is obtained.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance prior to working on site.
• Complete pre-qualifications for new/returning customers as requested by sales team.
• Track compliance categories and progress for all projects for reporting to supervisor as needed.
• Manage communications with customers including phone calls and emails.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience working in contract administration or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in contract management or compliance is preferred.
