• Financial oversight and strategic guidance for a complex division
  
• Management of a team of accounting professionals
  
• Union accounting expertise essential
  
• Proven track record in project accounting
  
• Strong leadership skills with 5+ years of experience, including a demonstrated ability to develop and promote team members.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with CFO and President
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Division Controller experience
  
• 6+ years of Accounting Manager experience
  
• Construction or industrial services background essential
  
• Union accounting expertise mandatory
  
• Project accounting experience required
  
• CPA (active or inactive) preferred but not required
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and promote team members.
• Proven ability to drive results and influence decision-making
  

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of $160,000 - $185,000
• Discretionary bonus potential
