The Construction Coordinator is responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions
Manage & Track Milestones:
- Create jobs
- Issue Jobs to design
- Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones
- Reconcile jobs
- Point of contact for all internal Customers cross functional groups
- Provide reporting for next level management
- Create and approve funding request
- Material management and reconciliation
- Research contracts and agreements
- Manage funding request/purchase order
- Responsible for job estimate
- Manage quality control workflow
- Validate that the field quality control is performed
- Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
- Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
- Follow admin and Milestone Quality Control
- Validate permit is closed
- Final invoice milestone is set
- Close jobs
- Escalate any project related issues that may impact completion and/or customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as required
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and Construction.
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word.
- Ability to demonstrate an understand the fundamentals of Communications construction required.
- Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
