About the Job
Must know how to operate a forklift. Pack shelves and sort inventory. Able to lift up to 50 Lbs. Dispatch crew on mornings with material and paperwork. Handle organizational and clerical support tasks in a construction-based environment. Must be able to take measurements. This may include sorting and distributing communications, serving as a link between employees, and more, depending on the company’s needs.

- Dispatch Crew on mornings with paperwork and material.
- Perform site visits when needed to measure/drop-off material.
- Print Bid Invites – Record Invites – Respond to all invites.
- Answer Phones.
- Follow up on bids.
- Time Sheets.
- Manage warehouse inventory as needed.
- Receive Inventory in warehouse.
- Print & Distribute all acknowledgments.
- Submittals as directed.
- Shop Drawings as necessary.
- Prepare small bids as directed.
- Prepare proposals as necessary.
- Place orders for all non-job folder projects.
- Acknowledgments are to be completed for all orders placed.
- Prepare installation/billing documents for orders.
- Ensure all sample books are up to date.
- Receiving.
- Data Entry.
- Filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
