Construction Estimator - Construction - Base Salary to 75k/year - Brevard, NC

• Our client is a family-owned and operated construction company in Brevard, NC. They are licensed in NC, SC and Georgia and have been operating for over 50 years successfully. They do a lot of multifamily, single family and commercial projects and due to their long standing reputable name have relationships with tons of subcontractors in the area that allow them to work smoothly, swiftly and effectively. They are very relationship driven with their clients as well as their employees.
• Due to growth they are in need of a Construction Estimator for their team. The major job responsibility of the Construction Esitimator will be to make calls on clients and prospective clients. This role also communicates with management and PM's about projects and handoff for winning bids.

Responsibilities:

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
• Gather, update, and review historical cost data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field
• Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year, plus bonus
• 401k
