Its foundations began in residential and steel construction has grown into one of the largest full service, design-build general contractors and commercial developers in the area. They have completed projects in manufacturing, industrial, educational, retail, religious, healthcare, offices, recreational, medical, wine & spirits, as well as hospitality and entertainment markets.

What we're looking for: Due to year over year growth we are looking for a skilled estimator with experience across the construction industry.

IDEAL Estimating Candidate:

• 2+ years' experience in the estimating and preconstruction of large-scale commercial projects.
• Conceptual estimating experience preferred.
• Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
• Software Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite.
• Preferred experience in pricing labor and materials for concrete, MEP, structural steel, carpentry, casework, doors, demo, and specialties.

Compensation:

• 90-120K
