Construction Estimator (Masonry & Waterproofing) - Gpac

This highly reputable, long-standing Commercial Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a quality Estimator to join their team! With their great reputation and continual flow of repeat/ new clients, they are in need of skilled, experienced and talented individuals like yourself! This positions requires minimal onsite work and will be done mostly in the office.

Requirements:

• Experience- Masonry & Waterproofing Required
• Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates Degree preferred
• Computer literacy required
• Xactimate experience HIGHLY Preferred
• Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrating sound knowledge in take-off estimating
• Ability to take off a drawing and put numbers to an Excel sheet
• Experience with material and sub-contractor pricing
• Proficiency in handling submittals
