Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:

• Proficiency in Bluebeam software for detailed bid preparation.
• Experience with CRM software, ideally Follow-up CRM, for lead tracking and bid management.
• Strong background in construction estimation, preferably in Terrazzo or commercial flooring.
• Ability to manage 400-500 project bids per year, averaging $125,000 each.
• Occasional client visits for measurements or project reviews.
• A network within the NYC construction industry is advantageous.
• Collaborative coordination with project teams for successful project kick-offs.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonuses.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers health insurance available after six months, with the company covering 80%-90% of the premiums.
