Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small, family-owned construction company in Pembroke Pines, FL? We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our growing team! With over 22 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects, our firm prides itself on a high retention rate and a supportive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting/Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience in construction estimation, with exposure to both commercial and residential projects.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.
Evaluate project costs, assess feasibility, and communicate the company’s competitive advantages effectively during bidding.
Obtain accurate quotes, evaluate competitive bids, and resolve cost discrepancies.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather essential data for estimates.
Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Conduct occasional on-site visits to assess project conditions and gather information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using estimating software such as Stacked, Toggle, and ConstructConnect.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers paid time off (10 days), major holidays, and potential performance-based bonuses.
