**Job Summary:**

As a Construction Field Supervisor specializing in Polished Concrete, you will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating polished concrete construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget while upholding high-quality standards. **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a construction field supervisor or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
