Overview
We are seeking an aspiring, dependable, hardworking, and ambitious Construction Laborer to join our team to be mentored and grow with us in the field. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring worksites are safe and efficient.

Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Experience
Required:

• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related field
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Understanding of safety procedures on construction sites

Nice-to-have:

• Broom Sweeper experience
• Heavy Equipment Operating Experience
• Certification in construction safety practices
