Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm searching for a Construction Litigation Associate to join their team! This is a great career opportunity to assist on multiple cases heading to trial!** This position is contract-to-hire and fully remote. Key Duties: + Manage a volume of cases heading to trial including correspondence with clients, trial preparation, drafting briefs and motions, directing paralegals, and more. Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of experience in construction law litigation handling government / federal contracts + Actively licensed and barred as an attorney in good standing The salary range for this position on contract is $45-60/hr.
