Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on the job site
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Mentor and lead construction teams to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in residential and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
