Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager for our clients new townhome division. This role involves a hands-on approach to managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while overseeing a team of 2-6 employees on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding projects from dirt to commissioning, requiring close collaboration with superintendents and a proactive approach to solving on-site challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities at multiple townhome sites within Pierce County.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
- Directly manage on-site employees and oversee the construction process.
- Actively participate in the labor process to make necessary corrections and ensure quality work.
- Bring projects from initial site preparation through to final commissioning.
- Handle approximately 50-80 units at any given time, with a structured onboarding and training process.

- Experience in townhome development, particularly in a superintendent role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Hands-on approach to construction management with a focus on safety and quality.
