Job Summary:

As a Senior Construction Materials Engineer, you will serve as a senior engineer for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and laboratory staff to deliver successful projects while upholding our commitment to excellence. You will have the opportunity to mentor other professionals and field-based staff in client development and project management.

• Client Engagement: Engaging closely with clients to grasp their unique project needs and going the extra mile to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
• Revenue Growth and Networking: Cultivating a robust local client base and expanding your professional network to drive revenue growth that aligns with our ambitious financial goals.
• Development Leadership: Taking the lead in local and regional business development endeavors, amplifying our presence through strategic marketing efforts.
• Project Oversight: Review report & proposal submittals, technical scopes, and budgets for projects of various sizes and complexities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, or a similar engineering field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction materials testing/inspections of soil, concrete, masonry, and/or asphalt
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Have the ability to effectively lead teams with varying responsibilities and tasks
• Excellent math and communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) using the English language
• Excellent business and technical writing skills
