Construction Materials Technician
Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in Erie, PA to join the Construction Inspection Department as our Construction Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for day-to-day field and/or laboratory testing associated with various construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform field and lab testing of soil, asphalt, concrete and masonry.
- Assist supervisor in tracking sample progress and test results.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling work with clients.
- Prepare and review detailed reports.
Requirements :
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
- ACI Concrete Field Technician - Grade I, preferred.
- Nuclear Gauge Experience, preferred.
- Good attitude, work ethic, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail.
