- Ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinating with various teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems to improve office efficiency.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Construction Office Manager role will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com or equivalent financial software.
- Experience in managing office operations and financial transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
