Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Oversight Architect position include:

• Mid to senior-level experience in Construction Administration, particularly on K-12 school projects
• Ability to navigate Bluebeam and project management software like Primavera, Unifier, or Procore
• Willingness to spend up to 80% of the time in the field, ensuring work aligns with design intent
• Degree in Architecture or Construction Management preferred but not required.
• Assist Project Manager in bid analysis, RFIs, and pre-bid coordination
• Review construction progress through field reports, weekly site visits, and managing submittals
• Ensure punch list completion and resolve outstanding issues during post-construction

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
