DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, organize phases and milestones and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Allocate labor, materials and equipment effectively as you coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills essential for effectively coordinating with stakeholders, managing project details and ensuring smooth operations.
- Keeping accurate records to ensure the project adheres to standards, regulations, and policies for successful completion.
