Responsibilities of the Construction Project Estimating Assistant :

As a Construction Project Estimating Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing daily and weekly department activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to support project success.
• Preparing high-volume purchase orders accurately and efficiently, facilitating the timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies.

• We resolve issues with subcontractors and vendors related to invoicing and pay requests and maintain positive and productive relationships with external partners.
• Scheduling meetings, handling fax communications, accurately taking messages, and providing essential administrative support to project teams.

Requirements for the Construction Project Estimating Assistant:
