Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM Hunt** is seeking to hire a Project Executive in support various project opportunities starting with JFK T6. This position will be based from Chicago, IL. **Job Summary:** Responsible for client/project development, resource management, and supervision of construction activities as they relate to contract administration and management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management. Responsible for overall project performance including job profit and loss for Construction projects. Job duties include but aren't limited to: coordination and integration of multidiscipline project functions including but not limited to construction, project controls, quality and commercial administration in a manner to meet project operational and business objectives. Responsible to establish a culture of safe work performance. Actively engaged in developing and managing client relations. Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects to repair, alter and renovate building structure and installed equipment, and supervise a multi-disciplined construction workforce performing work on multiple projects simultaneously. **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. + Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. + Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. + Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. **About Construction Management - AECOM Hunt** Founded in 1944, AECOM Hunt has earned a reputation for being unconditionally client-focused – delivering construction projects on schedule and within budget, no matter the scope. As evidenced by our long list of repeat clients, we focus on specific needs to create strong relationships and consistently exceed expectations. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree + 12 years of construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership. + Previous experience supporting large scale aviation programs. + Extensive travel requirement to support projects outside of the Chicago IL area. **Preferred Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. + Previous experience supporting large scale aviation projects, Healthcare and multi-use projects. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Proficient in project management software and tools. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. + Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. Should this be required it will be done after you have commenced employment, and your participation in that process and a pass rating by the client are both conditions of your continued employment by AECOM. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
