Job Description: We are looking for a Project Lead with solid experience and a strong grasp of construction management process to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling client interactions and managing projects efficiently using the latest technology and techniques. Our ideal hire is a residential construction professional looking to continue their established skills while helping contribute to a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Utilize construction management software to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits to oversee work and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in the construction management process, with proven project leadership/ management experience.
• Knowledge of Construction management software is a plus but not required (e.g., BuilderTrend, Procore, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
