Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager Assistant position include:

• Assist Project Managers with daily tasks including managing invoices and payments
• Draft and manage AIA contracts, sub-contracts, and change orders
• Prepare owner billings and manage administrative invoices
• Ensure timely bank reconciliation and manage insurance certificates
• Proficiency in Sage Timberline software is highly preferred

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
