Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project outcomes align with their business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or technology sectors
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
