Responsibilities:- Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code
- Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed
- Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports
- Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met
- Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly
- Oversee construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance.
- Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields
- Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
- Completed training for OSHA 30 license
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
