About the Job
Looking for Hotel Construction Project Manager to join our team in Rapid City, SD! Must be able to travel frequently. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to read plans/drawings and perform accurate take-offs for the project. 5 years of construction experience preferred.

PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Negotiate subcontractor contracts and sign out all trades efficiently and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliveries.
- Work with all entities to obtain proper permits.
- Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized while ensuring clients’ needs and wants are efficiently met.
- Review all projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and that all contracts, estimates, and schedules remain within budget and time frames.
- Manage superintendents and their assigned projects daily to ensure the projects are completed on time and meet or exceed the customers’ requirements.
- Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process, from hiring qualified subcontractors (timely) and superintendents, to working with engineers, architects, vendors, owners, and team members with respect and confidence..
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines, determine labor (sub) requirements, review projects daily, whether by phone or on-site, interpret and explain plans and contract terms to superintendents, subs, administrative staff, clients, and client representatives.
