The Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on commercial buildings, government facilities, senior living communities, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-faceted construction projects from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client relations
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and government contracting requirements
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
Implement and maintain quality control processes specific to each project type
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, government, senior living, and hospitality projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with government contracting processes and regulations
Understanding of specialized requirements for senior living and hospitality projects
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
Preferred Skills
PMP or CCM certification
LEED accreditation
Experience with BIM technology
Familiarity with sustainable building practices
