We are looking for a multifaceted and experienced Construction Project Manager to join us in our mission to provide clean water and reliable sanitation to growing cities around the world. You will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Epic's growing portfolio of water reuse and resource recovery projects through the United States. This role would include leading a team of designers, contractors and subcontractors through the design, permitting, construction/installation and commissioning phases of each project in compliance with approved permit and engineering drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific experience in water or waste treatment facility construction. This role requires travel up to 33% of the time to project sites throughout the United States.
Responsibilities / Functions:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from design through commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the high level of quality our clients expect.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets/estimates, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with client design team, as well as internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project plans and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Interact with clients, regulatory personnel, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

- In-building onsite treatment
- District scale treatment systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 7years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, materials, codes and regulations. Ability to handle projects in multiple states.
- Deep experience selecting and managing design consultants and contractors..
- Experience with meeting AIS/BABAA, prevailing wage, LBE, certified payroll, or other government funding requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a group environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, project scheduling software, and cloud-based collaboration software (Teams, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Passion to make an impact improving our cities and safeguarding the environment
- Ability to travel up to 33% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field desirable.
- Onsite/distributed systems experience desirable
