Job Duties and Responsibilities:The Construction Manager will be located in the market and responsible for coordination with subcontractors for the buildout of that market area. The Construction Project Manager will work with the radio frequency team, site acquisition, zoning and operations to ensure that the best possible sites are being built to meet the company's cost, quality, and timelines.
Primary responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for awarding construction vendors, considering cost, crew availability, and quality.
- Accurately forecast construction tasks to ensure timely downstream delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient construction deliverables across multiple departments (Site Acquisition, RF, Transport, etc.).
- Coordinate site walks, inventory, permit closeouts, and synchronize power deliveries with construction activities.
- Review/redline zoning and construction drawings, approve tasks, and ensure processing of POs, invoices, and adherence to scope.
- Report project status to management and maximize cost efficiency within the settled budget.
As a successful Construction Project Manager, you will have:
- 4+ years of wireless construction management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Flexible, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects in time-critical settings.
- Strong communication skills with a results-focused management approach.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and vendors.
- Experience with fiber, power companies, and coordinating site walks and meter sets.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Salary Range:USD $72350.00 - $103400.00 / Year
