DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects (single-family, duplex, or similar developments) with production-home builders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedule adherence, and managing project budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in project management software, and skilled in delivering project updates to stakeholders.

COMPENSATION
- Base salary at $150,000 +/-, commensurate with experience.
