About the Job
Quality Control Manager for large federal construction project in Holly, MI. Candidate will be responsible for overall management of CQC. Duties include daily inspection and review of site environmental conditions, controls, inspections, and testing; contractor coordination and preparatory meetings; RFI's, submittal review and coordination; and management of the QCS/RMS systems with USACE.
Job Requirements:
-Completed USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course within the last 5 years
- Must have 5+ years in related federal Construction experience with projects of $10M or higher
- Extensive knowledge of Construction functions, i.e. prints, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing.
- Excellent communications and computer skills including working knowledge of QCS/RMS system
