Construction Quality Control Manager at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this QC Manager position include:

• 3-5 years of experience in QC for historic preservation projects.
• CQMC (even if lapsed), OSHA 30, EM3 85-3-1 Safety certifications.
• Experience with RMS, QCS, Procore, P6 scheduling, and MS Project is preferred.
• Previous experience with NPS or Army Corps projects, federal construction, and DoD/military base projects.
• Lead the development and implementation of QC systems for historic preservation projects.
• Facilitate preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings to define project scopes and QC plans.
• Oversee subcontractor submittals, ensuring compliance with project specs.
• Document daily site inspections and coordinate with Government QC teams.
• Manage punch lists and project close-out documentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Use RMS software to submit QC reports and support progress applications.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
