Construction Scheduler - Gpac

Some things you can expect to do:

• Assist and grow regional field teams with use of our scheduling standard practices.
• Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
• Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with our project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
• Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
• Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
• Act as a resource to project construction teams
• Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers
• Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%)

You will really stand out if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• You have advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and are familiar with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
• You have an understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
• You are able to work cooperatively with others and have excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
• You display a positive attitude and are a self-starter who
