- Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including contractors, installers, and equipment.
- Anticipate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide regular updates to the project team on schedule progress, potential delays, and any adjustments made to the timeline.
- Identify potential risks to the project schedule and work proactively to develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with the project team to mitigate schedule-related risks and keep the project on track.
- Ensure that all scheduling activities adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, changes, and communication related to scheduling activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction scheduling, particularly in coordinating contractor work and installations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.
