Position: Construction Scheduler

Location: Napa, California

Ideal Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $105,000-$140,000 DOE

About the Role: As a Construction Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing project schedules for high-end residential estates and wineries. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently. This role offers significant growth opportunities, mentorship from experienced leaders, and the chance to work on prestigious projects in the Napa and Sonoma regions.

Daily Life: Spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office. Develop quality baseline schedules using Primavera P6, conduct pull planning sessions with subcontractors, and manage multiple project schedules. Facilitate weekly schedule meetings, collect schedule status updates, and conduct site visits to ensure project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Conduct pull planning sessions with subcontractors.
• Facilitate weekly schedule meetings with project teams.
• Perform time impact analysis and identify schedule variances.
• Develop delay mitigation strategies and produce regular schedule reports.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with a commercial background.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
• Practical experience managing project timelines and understanding construction documents.
• Knowledge of Lean project delivery concepts.
• Experience with project management software such as CMiC and Procore.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
