Construction Scheduling Assistant at G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair

G.L. Hunt is a specialized construction company with 35+ years in business. We are searching for a Scheduling Assistant for our fast-paced and growing Production team.
This team member is responsible for helping us provide excellent service to clients moving forward with repairs on their homes, as well as ensuring we have all of the proper documentation and materials for repairs to go smoothly.
The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, work well independently, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and have experience with Google Drive programs, as well as CRM systems.
Compensation:$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Checking contracts for accuracy
- Contacting customers to schedule construction jobs
- Booking jobs in our CRM
- Applying for permits with multiple municipalities
- Communicating with coworkers, and customers via phone, email, and SMS
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have experience using Google Drive programs
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be available to work in-office 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
- Must work well independently
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
