Our client is responsible for landmark projects and developments across the region. They are seeking to add a Construction Senior Project Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$140k – $170K
Position Overview:
The Construction Senior Project Manager drafts and tracks all necessary project paperwork including contracts, subcontracts, and Certificates of Insurance. The Construction Senior Project Manager will manage day-to-day construction operations with subcontractors and communicate with clients on progress.
Responsibilities of the Construction Senior Project Manager:
- Meet potential clients to prepare project proposals.
- Work with subcontractors to create a budget for project costs.
- Monitor project budget and reconcile final billing with the Accounting team.
- Onboard new projects with the Property Management Team.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to prepare bid packages for projects.
- Lead project administration including contract execution, W9s, and insurance certificates.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders on individual project logistics.
- Conduct site visits for quality control and progress reporting.
Qualifications for the Construction Senior Project Manager:
- Experience in the Residential Property Management/Construction field.
- Affordable Housing and Community Development experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ability to establish, monitor, and achieve development budgets, ensuring projects stay on track financially.
- Familiarity with the regulatory issues related to real estate development.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Professional and personable approach to client service.
- Proactive and diligent in working with the internal team, clients, and contractors.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
