What you will enjoy doing*
- Support the Site Manager and Project Team in Taylor (SOG), TX construction site
- Update VOR and TandM trackers
- Collect time sheets from Project Team members on a weekly basis, upload into GDMS and remind Team members to enter their time in CATS
- Import all RFIs and FCNs into GDMS from ProCorr, along with updating and importing the Logs for both. Scan and distribute to IandE or Civil Department
- Import additional documents into GDMS (i.e., daily/weekly reports, daily headcount, HSE and QA/QC reports, site photos, etc.) as requested by Site Manager
- Set-up orientation and provide badges for new site personnel
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and HSE supplies from vendors in the SRM system
- Prepare MOMs as instructed by Project Team and schedule required meetings
- Assemble data books or operating manuals as necessary
- Responsible for the set-up and clean-up of meeting facilities and organizing special events
- Misc. responsibilities (not listed).

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-years experience in a related capacity
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the company
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn Linde specific databases (i.e., GDMS, ProCorr, SRM, SAP, etc.)
