Construction site Supervisor / Inspector - HRV Conformance Verification Associates

HRV is excited to be experiencing growth! We are seeking a Construction site Supervisor / Inspector to perform construction inspection of civil projects and mechanical and electrical systems (MEP), primarily heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The assignment we have is located in New Castle, Pennsylvania and would be working day shifts.

Requirements:

• 3 years of demonstrated experience performing construction inspection on civil and/or building projects. HVAC or MEP experience is a plus.
• Experience on PennDOT projects preferred (but not required)
• Currently located within approximately 50 commutable miles from New Castle, PA is preferred (but not required)
• Access and ability to operate a personal computer utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, the internet, and email
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship not available

Physical Requirements:

• Physical activity includes: climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and standing for sustained periods of time
• Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally and up to 10 lbs. frequently
• Visual acuity requirements include color and depth perception, and field of vision
