QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate development /custom homes
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
