Superintendents are leaders, coaches, and lead facilitators of project excellence. With a commitment to quality and safety, our Superintendents play a pivotal role in the success of every project, serving as the cornerstone for accomplishment. With projects located solely in Massachusetts, we take pride in being a large company with a small company feel.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

• MUST have multi-family, healthcare or Private Equity Construction Experience
• Very Flexible and fun family environment
• MUST HAVE LED A TEAM
• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS OF SUPERINTENDENT LEAD EXPERIENCE
• MUST NOT COMMUTE OVER 90 MINUTES WITH TRAFFIC TO THE CAPE
• OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON REALLY DESIRABLE PROJECTS
