Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

1. Oversee day-to-day operations at job sites of varying sizes.
2. Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or changes.
3. Ensure the completion of projects on time and within safety standards.
4. Anticipate and address shifting field conditions as they arise.
Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of Commercial Construction experience with a focus on Interiors and various Ground up Commercial projects and/or Interior projects
2. Basic Knowledge of Construction management software
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively during client interviews and project meetings.
4. Professional interpersonal skills to work with diverse personalities.
5. Must present and conduct yourself in a professional manner as a representative of our company brand and culture.
6. Strong writing and effective listening skills.
7. Ability to analyze problems and develop realistic and timely solutions factoring in risk, implications, and cost.
8. Must be active on the job site to interact with subcontractors and validate work in progress.
