Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:

• 10+ years of experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers, including remote locations.
• Expertise in RMS and P6 scheduling software, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage site safety plans, address hazards, and ensure all site-specific requirements are met.
• Oversee and update 4-week production schedules and align with the Prime Project Schedule.
• Thoroughly understand construction documents and ensure compliance with contract obligations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction plans, maintain records, and supervise quality control.
• Lead site coordination meetings, manage subcontractor communications, and draft daily reports.
• Accompany inspectors and prioritize non-compliance rectifications to ensure timely project completion.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
