Construction Superintendent - Teklysium Inc

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites.
• Ensure all on-site parties comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management.
• Proven organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• OSHA-30 certification is required, additional certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends if needed to meet project deadlines.
