Construction Superintendent - Gpac

One of Wisconsin’s top General Contractors is searching for a Superintendent to join their team!

Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
