We are proud to introduce you to Petri Electric.
Are you electrified by the thought of leading high-voltage projects to success? Imagine a place where your leadership in the electrical field powers up skyscrapers, industrial complexes, and essential facilities. Petri Electric isn't just about wiring and circuits; it's about powering progress and lighting up careers.
Your New Role:
As a Construction Superintendent at Petri Electric, you’re at the helm of major electrical construction and renovation projects. You’ll be:
- Leading Projects: Overseeing everything from start to finish, ensuring every wire is perfectly placed and every deadline is met.
- Mastering Material Coordination: Working closely with project managers to ensure everything’s on-site when needed. No more delays—just smooth, efficient progress.
- Collaborating with Subcontractors: Leading the charge by working hand-in-hand with general contractors and other trades to ensure top-tier project delivery.
- Quality Enforcer: Making sure installations aren’t just good—they’re flawless. Compliance with all codes and the highest standards is your bottom line.
- Cost Commander: Keeping labor costs in check, making sharp decisions to optimize resources without cutting corners.
- Safety Champion: Safety isn’t just a protocol for you—it’s a priority. You’ll be ensuring every team member goes home safe every day.
What’s In It for You to Join the Team:
- Top Pay for Top Talent: Earn $33-$45 per hour based on your experience, plus up to a $5,000 bonus.
- Full Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, generous PTO, company parties, and even a truck allowance.
- Room to Grow: We’ll help you reach new heights with job training, career advancement, and continued education opportunities.
Why You Will Never Want to Leave:
- Empowering Culture: Leadership that has your back. We’re here to set you up for success, not micromanage.
- Team Spirit: You’ll work in a positive, collaborative environment where everyone pulls together for the win.
- Recognition and Reward: At Petri Electric, we celebrate victories and make sure you have the resources to achieve them.
This Job Isn’t for You If:
- You’re not interested in taking full control of large-scale projects.
- You prefer to fly solo rather than collaborate with a talented team.
- You see safety and quality as just boxes to check, rather than top priorities.
This Job Is for You If:
- You’re a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in Texas with proven experience running and leading projects to success.
- You know electrical codes like the back of your hand and have strong project management chops.
- You’re passionate about mentoring and lifting up the next generation of electricians.
