• Project Expertise: Skilled in managing the nuances of MEP-intensive projects, ideally in healthcare settings or similarly regulated environments.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Ability to lead projects up to $5 million with an emphasis on maintaining strict timelines and budgets.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, healthcare facility standards, and MEP systems critical to hospital or healthcare-related construction.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities with experience in coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless project delivery.
