As the Warranty Manager you are responsible for responding (via phone/ in person/email) to all warranty service inquiries received in a timely manner. It is required for the warranty manager to accurately research, troubleshoot warranty issues, track all warranty requests, implement appropriate and cost-effective solutions to warranty service issues and assign services to subcontractors for completion. Warranty manager administers all warranty training and oversees claims closeout inspection for all Projects in SW Region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and apply Pavilion's warranty management procedure and guidelines on day-to-day operations.
- Respond to daily incoming Warranty calls and emails.
- Work directly with Pavilion Team members, Property Managers, Owners, Subcontractors as a liaison on determining if submitted issues and concerns are deemed warranty.
- Maintain, ensure, inspect, and follow up completion of all service repairs and maintain record to delivery of outstanding service.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for results.
- Have excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills.
- Perform required inspection service within approved company standards.
- Working in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Present service invoices to Project Managers for approval and monitor repair budget.
- Coordinate and direct client systems training sessions which include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, and Landscaping
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of construction office
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Highly motivated, have ability to work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word
- Able to multitask, be organized and work under pressure
- Experience in supporting senior management
- Strong team player
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Property visits as needed
